Perimeter Road & Clubhouse Parking Lot Sealcoating Project

Dear Residents,
The WSV perimeter road and Clubhouse parking lot will be undergoing sealcoating. Please review the attached project information, including the schedule and map, for the specific areas and dates
affected.

IMPORTANT PARKING REQUIREMENTS
All vehicles must be moved from the designated areas by 8:00 A.M. on the scheduled sealcoating
dates. Vehicles may return to the parking areas only as sections are completed and officially reopened. Any vehicle remaining in a barricaded area after 8:00 A.M. may be subject to towing at the owner’s expense. Parking Lot Services and WSV cannot be responsible for damage to vehicles parked within a 50-foot radius of a barricaded area. We are also not responsible for damages or Westshore Village Condo Sealing 2611065 Westshore Village Seal Sealcoatinjuries resulting from peopleor vehicles entering barricaded areas.

24-HOUR NO-DRIVING REQUIREMENT – NO DELIVERIES
Please understand that NO DRIVING OF ANY KIND is permitted on newly sealcoated areas for 24
hours. If you need to leave the Village during this time, you MUST move your vehicle to the side of the road that is not being sealcoated before work begins. Once an area has been sealcoated, NO CARS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THAT SIDE until it has been reopened.
Driving on fresh sealcoat can damage the newly completed surface and potentially damage your vehicle. Fines may be levied for driving on a closed/sealcoated area.
PLEASE HELP US PROTECT THIS INVESTMENT – PLAN AHEAD
This is a $22,000 project, and we have one opportunity to get it done properly. Everyone’s
cooperation is essential to ensure the sealcoating cures properly and the community gets the full benefit of this investment.
Please carefully review the attached schedule and map and make arrangements in advance to move your vehicle as required.
