Front gate operational effective today

Effective today, the gate closure schedule will be as follows for the next 60 days.

Monday thru Friday from 6:00pm-7:00am

Saturday & Sunday – closed 24 hours (6pm, Fri. – 7am, Mon.)

*We will evaluate the schedule after 60 days.

The call box phone number that will show up on your phone will be 727-310-4288.

Press ‘6’ for main gate and ‘4’ for South gate

FOB does not work

Search the call box for your name – this will call your cell phone > press 6 for main gate OR 4 for South gate (hold down ‘A’ or ‘Z’ button to scroll faster)

If your name is not in the call box, the following Directors have volunteered to let you in from 6pm-10pm on 12/22 – 12/24. You will need to provide your name, cell number and address. Please dial one of these codes:

After 10pm, we recommend you park your vehicle elsewhere and walk through the pedestrian gate, located next to the South gate, which will be unlocked during this time period.

You will then be responsible for getting your current FOB activated. Your FOB must have a serial number on it. If you need a serial number, please give your FOB to your Director so they can get the serial number for you. Once returned, you will need to take the FOB(s) to RPM for activation. You can purchase a new FOB for $100 at RPM.
