FINAL Gate FOB Testing

Wed, 12/17  10-12 and 1-3  and  Thur, 12/18  10-2

Gate will be operational starting Monday, 12/22

Initial Modified Gate Hours:

Open 7am – 6pm

Closed 6pm – 7am

If you did not test your FOBs during the previous testing dates, we encourage you to reach out to your Village Director to make sure everything is set up correctly.

Here are the key items to confirm:

1. Resident Information** – Please verify the name that appears in the control box.
2. Phone Number – Make sure the phone number listed is the one you’d like the control box to call. If another resident’s name or number needs to be added, a control number will be provided at a later date.
3. Control Number – Once you have your control number, you can use it to enter through the gate. Simply enter the number at the control box, wait for the box to call your phone, and press 6 to open the main gate and 4 to open the South gate

FOBs that have not been tested:

If your FOB has not been tested and you do not have a serial number for your FOB, please do not go to RPM as a FOB number is required to be entered into the system. Please come to the gate entrance for assistance on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday (Dec.16^th – Dec

18^th).

Additional Information

New/Replacement FOBs  are available at the RPM office located in the Isla del Sol Shoppers Village at 5901 Sun Blvd STE 103, St. Petersburg, FL 33715, (727) 864-0004 from 9am-5pm.

• If you have a FOB that is broken AND it has a serial number, bring it to RPM and they will exchange it for no cost
• If you have no FOB, go to RPM to obtain a new FOB at a cost of $100 per FOB

 We plan to add all control and FOB numbers to the Vantaca system in the future. In the meantime, please reach out to your Village Director with any questions.
